Ginger Tumeric Shots Recipe

Hey Hey!

So i’ve been super inflamed since i’ve been running (its been 3 weeks) so I decided to make some ginger shots…

Let me tell you i’ve seen a huge difference.

Here the benefits:

  • Reduce inflamation

  • Relieves chronic pain

  • Helps with digestion

Recipe

2-3 ginger roots ( wash and scrub ginger. I legit used a toothbrush)

  • 2-3 large lemons

  • 2-3  oranges

  • 1 tablespoon of Honey

  • 2 tsp of turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp on cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 of black pepper

All fruit is organic

✨scrub ginger (I leave the skin on) put in blender with 2 cups of water ( I used filtered water)

✨Strain the ginger mixture to remove the pulp into separate container

✨Add peeled oranges and lemons in the blender

✨Pour the ginger mixture into the blender, then add your honey, turmeric, cayenne pepper and pepper then blend until you’re comfortable with your consistency.

✨Store in glass for a week.
